We feel that food should not be culturally exclusive so our menu is hand selected to include favorites from West to East.
THE WHO?Cafe 88 is founded on the idea that food does not have to be so complex to taste good. Simply prepared foods can yield a delicious meal full of complex flavors just by using the right combination of fresh ingredients and herbs.
We are a team of 3 consisting of a brother chef, a sister food taster and a foodie dude who grew up on a Danish farm. Our passion has been to delight the taste buds of those we serve our meals to. And our interest in food dates back to our time of growing up, as children and even now as adults, eating freshly made healthy meals prepared with love from our mom's kitchen. |
