- Experienced as a line cook
- Love of Asian inspired food
- Great people skills and demonstrated team leadership
- Able to multi-task and stay organized in busy environment
- Schedule flexibility
- Some basic computer knowledge
- Food Handler certified
DUTIES:
- Follow strict food prep guidelines and cooking procedures
- Implement quality standards and consistency of our food production by meeting menu specifications as it relates to quality, quantity, and timeliness
- Control of food sanitation and safety, as well as organization of all food products in restaurant
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
