Ideal candidate will have a track record of success, a strong passion for food, and a natural ability to lead and teach people. Previous restaurant kitchen experience required.

This is a great opportunity to develop your management abilities while gaining valuable experience running a high volume operation. We are open to anyone with at least 2 years of experience.

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Experienced as a line cook
  • Love of Asian inspired food
  • Great people skills and demonstrated team leadership
  • Able to multi-task and stay organized in busy environment
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Some basic computer knowledge
  • Food Handler certified


DUTIES:
  • Follow strict food prep guidelines and cooking procedures
  • Implement quality standards and consistency of our food production by meeting menu specifications as it relates to quality, quantity, and timeliness
  • Control of food sanitation and safety, as well as organization of all food products in restaurant
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
